Text: | Traffic control plan needs to be updated and resubmitted. The submitted traffic control layouts do not apply to the existing conditions (i.e. - layouts 29 and 42 apply to multi-lane undivided roadways. Maple Grove Parkway and 99th Avenue within the project area are divided roadways). Also, the applicant needs to clarify whether or not they will be closing right-turn lanes along the path of the proposed fiber installation on 99th Avenue & Maple Grove Parkway). If so, this should also be incorporated into the revised traffic control plan. Finally, there is a trail on the west side of Maple Grove Parkway. If the proposed work will impact pedestrian traffic on this existing trail, this too needs to be incorporated into the revised traffic control plan. |
